Forest Sound Baths

Lie back beneath the old oaks. Crystal bowls, hand-struck gongs, and the long breath of the birch leaves carry you through 75 minutes of complete stillness.

Beeswax candles in the forest at dusk

The oldest medicine: stillness, in a forest.

In the warm months we gather in a clearing among the 250-year-old oaks above the headland. Wool blankets are laid in a circle. As the light softens, the first low tone of the gong settles the breath. Crystal singing bowls, koshi chimes, and the slow rustle of the canopy do the rest.

From October through April we move into the restored hayloft above the barn — beeswax candles, sheepskin, and the same deep quiet under a vaulted timber ceiling. Sessions are gentle and accessible; no meditation experience is needed.
